V \u017eiadosti musia by\u0165 dostato\u010dne zdokumentovan\u00e9 v\u0161etky hore uveden\u00e9 podmienky.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Indik\u00e1cie na prijatie pacientov na Kliniku rehabilit\u00e1cie a starostlivosti o dlhodobo chor\u00fdch, ODCH<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pacienti sa prij\u00edmaj\u00fa na z\u00e1klade odborn\u00e9ho odporu\u010denia prim\u00e1ra oddelenia z nemocn\u00edc formou prekladu alebo z domu na odporu\u010denie v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho lek\u00e1ra, resp. \u0161pecialistu (ortop\u00e9d, traumatol\u00f3g, neurol\u00f3g,&#8230;).
