V\u0161etky tieto zmeny ved\u00fa k stavu, kedy sa neust\u00e1le zvy\u0161uje percento pacientov, ktor\u00ed pre\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa poranenia alebo ochorenia, ktor\u00e9 v minulosti viedli takmer v\u00fdlu\u010dne k smrti postihnut\u00e9ho. \u010cas\u0165 t\u00fdchto pacientov je hospitalizovan\u00e1 dlhodobo a je z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na podpore z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00fdch funkci\u00ed, napr\u00edklad na umelej p\u013e\u00facnej ventil\u00e1cii, pr\u00edpadne je nevyhnutn\u00e1 dlhodob\u00e1 rehabilit\u00e1cia k dosiahnutiu samo obslu\u017enosti pacienta a jeho n\u00e1vratu do be\u017en\u00e9ho \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p>S touto skuto\u010dnos\u0165ou \u00fazko s\u00favis\u00ed narastaj\u00faca potreba vzniku oddelen\u00ed, \u0161pecializuj\u00facich sa na poskytovanie dlhodobej intenz\u00edvnej starostlivosti, preto\u017ee hospitaliz\u00e1cia t\u00fdchto pacientov na ARO, respekt\u00edve JIS nie je ide\u00e1lna, preto\u017ee s\u00fa prim\u00e1rne \u0161pecializovan\u00e9 na urgentn\u00fa starostlivos\u0165 o kriticky chor\u00fdch pacientov.<\/p>\n<p>Nemocnica Zelen\u00fd sen je prv\u00fdm tak\u00fdmto pracoviskom na Slovensku. Svoju \u010dinnos\u0165 zah\u00e1jila 2.9.2014. Kombin\u00e1cia jednotky dlhodobej intenz\u00edvnej starostlivosti a oddelenia dlhodobo chor\u00fdch pacientov s intenz\u00edvnou rehabilit\u00e1ciou sa zd\u00e1 preto ako vhodn\u00e1 alternat\u00edva pre pacientov, ktor\u00fdch stav je u\u017e po zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed ak\u00fatnej f\u00e1zy stabilizovan\u00fd, ale napriek tomu vy\u017eaduje podporu niektorej zo z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00fdch funkci\u00ed, naj\u010dastej\u0161ie podporu d\u00fdchania.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dalohou na\u0161ej nemocnice nie je len dlhodob\u00e9 poskytovanie podpory zlyh\u00e1vaj\u00facej spont\u00e1nnej ventil\u00e1cie pacienta ale aj snaha o resocializ\u00e1ciu pacienta. Tento proces je komplexn\u00fd, zah\u0155\u0148a jednak starostlivos\u0165 lek\u00e1rov (anesteziol\u00f3gov \u2013 intenzivistov, konzili\u00e1rov z oblasti neurol\u00f3gie, ORL, urol\u00f3gie,&#8230;) ako aj \u0161pecializovan\u00fdch zdravotn\u00fdch sestier, fyzioterapeutov.<\/p>\n<p>Nezastupite\u013en\u00fa \u00falohu v celom procese lie\u010dby a resocializ\u00e1cie pacienta zohr\u00e1va samozrejme rodina a jej, pokia\u013e mo\u017eno, \u010do naj\u010dastej\u0161ie n\u00e1v\u0161tevy, preto sa sna\u017e\u00edme vyjs\u0165 pr\u00edbuzn\u00fdm maxim\u00e1lne v \u00fastrety.
